Diet Plan

1500 - 1700 Calories

This plan is tailored specifically for individuals who wish to reduce weight yet have a sedentary lifestyle.

The package covers your daily energy needs based on the caloric value you need to lose weight in a healthy, progressive manner, without feeling hungry, and while enjoying every meal offered by Green On Repeat.
The daily calorie intake ranges from 1500 to 1700.

Healthy Plan

2000 - 2300 Calories

This package is suitable to a larger range of people. The amount of daily calories you require is assessed based on the body measurements taken with the nutritionist.

The Healthy package is preferable to those who:

  1. Want to lose weight and live an active lifestyle. The key to reaching optimal health is to combine physical exercise with a well-balanced food regimen.
  2. Despite their active lifestyle, they desire to maintain the weight they already have.
  3. They want to maintain their weight and live a sedentary lifestyle.
    The daily caloric intake ranges from 2000 to 2300 kcal.

Fitness Plan

2300 - 2500 Calories

This package contains a significant number of calories and is intended for persons who have an active lifestyle and burn a lot of calories via physical exercise.

For a healthy lifestyle, the energy consumed must be replaced with foods rich in protein to aid muscle recovery, complex carbs rich in minerals and vitamins, and sources of good fats such as olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, seeds, and nuts.
The daily caloric intake ranges from 2300 to 2500 kcal.

Vegetarian Plan

2300 - 2500 Calories

This package is high in vegetables, complex grains, legumes, fruits, seeds, and nuts, and contains only moderate amounts of animal byproducts such as eggs, yogurt, and milk.

In the absence of animal protein, avocado, spinach, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas, quinoa, and other items with a high level of vegetable protein and other nutritional qualities are included.
The daily calorie intake ranges from 2300 to 2500.

Keto Plan

2300 - 2500 Calories

The ketogenic diet, which is rich in fat and protein and low in carbs, is the base for this package. This diet encourages the burning of extra fat in the body and the decrease of body weight.

Meals contain a lot of animal protein, such red meat, poultry, fish, and seafood, as well as protein from animal products like yogurt, cheese, and eggs. Healing Plan

30 Days SelfCare

The Healing Package is inspired by The Whole 30 program, devised by Melissa Hortwig Urban in 2009. The package is adapted by our nutritionist based on the latest studies in nutrition science, to provide the same benefits and much more.

The program includes elimination of specific foods thus being considered as a reset button. Science has proven that the elimination of inflammatory products, even for a defined period such as 30 days, brings countless benefits to the organism.

This regimen does not include the need to measure weight or calculate calories. Your task is to stay faithful to the rules of the program for at least 30 days, but without question if you turn it into a lifestyle the benefits are great and long-lasting.

This program helps you get to know your body better, what foods make you feel good and what are the ones you should stay away from when they reappear after the end of the program.

We advise you to reintroduce yourself with the avoided foods one by one to understand your body’s reaction after they have been consumed and to wait 3-4 days in between to reintroduce a new food.

Note – Focus on getting to know your body better throughout this package and regain intuition with yourself. The package is designed to restore balance in your body, so we suggest you put aside the scales or apps with calorie calculations. With us you will learn to trust your body.
